About the Role
The Company is in search of a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join its executive team. The CFO will be a key leader in shaping the financial future of the organization, with a focus on long-term sustainability, strategic planning, and expansion initiatives. This role is pivotal in overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, particularly in alignment with seasonal trends and occupancy cycles. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the finance team, managing financial operations across multiple properties and brands, and ensuring the financial health of the company's assets. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to manage complex financial operations and make strategic decisions that impact the organization. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration, with a CPA certification. A minimum of 5 years' financial leadership experience, preferably in the hospitality industry, is required, along with a deep understanding of hospitality financial models, KPIs, and operational workflows. Experience with ERP systems, property management systems, and a proven track record in capital raising, debt financing, or private equity is also necessary. The role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to lead and manage a team, and to provide financial leadership on a range of decision-making issues. The CFO will be expected to manage relationships with lenders, investors, and financial institutions, and to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
