Overview
We are seeking an experienced Director of Healthcare Partnerships & Strategy to lead growth strengthen referral relationships and expand our home health hospice and palliative care presence in the Phoenix market. This role drives strategy partnerships and sales performance while ensuring alignment with high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute market growth strategies.
- Build strong referral relationships with hospitals physicians and community partners.
- Lead business development activities and oversee KPI performance.
- Partner with clinical and operational leaders to support seamless service delivery.
- Represent the organization at events health fairs and community outreach.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing sales team.
