We are seeking business driven and self-motivated individuals looking to be part of one of the fastest growing industries in the United States. This is a full-time inside sales opportunity responsible for prospecting for new business, developing existing business, and identifying new growth opportunities across the U.S. Base pay ($37,440.00 per year), one of the best commission plans in the industry, holiday pay, and medical benefits available.
Major Responsibilities :
- Producing outbound sales calls to targeted customer classes with the objective of acquiring new accounts, growing existing accounts, and retaining existing accounts.
- Demonstrate a strong ability to prospect via phone.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with your assigned group of customers.
- Gather intel and actively listen to new and existing customers, fully understand their business, identify pain points and coincide them with what IPD can offer.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
High School Graduate or Equivalent.Sales experience preferred.Minimum of one year of previous cold calling / telemarketing / business -to-business sales preferred.Excellent communication.Proficient in using MS Office.Personal drive and internal motivation to be the best at his / her profession.Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.Ability to adapt to any situation with a willingness to take risks and try new approaches.Job Type : Full-time
Pay : Up to $120,000.00 per year
