Production Supervisor
Conrad, a high-end window shade company, seeks a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily operations at our U.S. facility. You will drive production, manage logistics and inventory, and lead a team to ensure quality and efficiency across domestic and international orders.
Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership & Staff Development
- Supervise, motivate, and lead a team of 30+ production associates across weaving, finishing, packaging, and shipping.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment by promoting teamwork, accountability, and morale.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching, feedback, and training to support professional growth.
- Coordinate staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage based on production needs and priorities.
- Production Oversight & Quality Control
- Manage daily production operations to meet established output, quality, and delivery targets.
- Oversee the fabrication of custom window shades, resolving production issues swiftly to minimize downtime.
- Monitor workflows and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, implementing solutions to enhance productivity.
- Ensure all products meet the company's high standards for craftsmanship, design integrity, and customer satisfaction.
- Shipping, Receiving & Fulfillment Oversight
- Supervise the Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Provide guidance and support in resolving freight issues, claims, and vendor communication.
- Ensure coordination between shipping, production, and customer service to align with client delivery timelines and project requirements.
- Production Coordination & Communication
- Work with other production supervisors, sales, and customer service teams to plan production schedules and solve problems on specific projects.
- Help with new product ideas by giving feedback on how they can be made and fit into the production process.
- Keep track of production numbers, team workload, and costs, and share updates with company leaders.
Qualifications :

A starting compensation range for this role is $70,000.00 - $85,000.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business / organizational needs and market factors. You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
