Locum Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Family Practice in Green Bay Region, WI

About The Position

Specialty accepted : NP or PA (FNP, ANP, GNP, PA)

Start date or shifts : ASAP - ongoing

Daily schedule :  Monday through Sunday, 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM; ideal candidate available 2+ full days weekly (must include at least one weekday)

Practice setting : Home Health

• Types of procedures : Health and wellness assessments; H&P evaluations; review of medications; vitals; urine and blood collection;

Number of patients : 5 to 8 assessments per day (45 to 75 mins per visit)

Ages : Geriatric

Requirements : Must be willing to travel minimum 75 miles from home; NP license in practicing state; CAQH, NPI; ACLS, BLS, Auto Insurance; iPad-based EMR; equipment required : lab jacket, stethoscope, BP cuff, reflex hammer, sensory testing tools, etc.

Additional information : Assessments take place in patients’ homes; flexible scheduling with weekday availability required; paid per completed assessment; incentive bonuses for volume and labs; travel and lodging supported if traveling over 75 miles;
