Customer Service & Warehouse Coordinator
Provide excellent customer service via email and phone. Prepare and manage invoices and bills of lading for clients. Perform inventory checks and assist in the warehouse as needed. Utilize Excel for data entry and reporting tasks. Support office operations and ensure timely documentation.
12 years of experience in customer service or office administration. Experience with Excel and creating bills of lading / invoices. Knowledge of inventory processes and warehouse coordination. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Flexibility to work in both office and warehouse environments.
