What You'll Do :

  • Partner with individuals and staff to observe, identify, analyze, and document behavioral challenges.
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments to understand individual needs.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor behavior analysis service plans.
  • Design tailored treatment plans to support each person's growth and success.
  • Use creativity and training to find solutions for complex challenges across home, work, and community settings.
  • Train and guide team members to effectively implement behavior plans.

Qualifications :

  • Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with special populations in crisis intervention, staff training, and development.
  • Experience conducting behavior analysis research in applied settings (preferred).
  • Board Certification (preferred).
  • Valid driver's license, current registration, and insurance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Reliable, responsible, and compassionate with a strong commitment to quality care.
