Material Program Manager (MPM)
The Advanced Effectors & Space team is seeking a Material Program Manager (MPM) with demonstrated project management skills who will be closely accountable for ensuring supplier performance. You must be a self-starter, capable of achieving organizational and program goals, and must be able to successfully interface with varying levels of internal management. You will be responsible for executing supply chain strategies and plans. The MPM serves as the leader for all program's supply chain activities and is the liaison between the Program Manager, Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and other functional leads, and the Supply Chain organization. This position requires an individual who will be able to exert impact and influence the overall goals of the program and the program IPT team. The ideal candidate will have financial, contracting, negotiating, and project management responsibilities and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.

This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is $66,000 USD - $130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
