Key Responsibilities

• Originate, underwrite, and close a mix of consumer, mortgage, and commercial loans.
• Manage an assigned loan portfolio, including annual reviews, covenant compliance, and financial updates.
• Develop and grow new business through proactive calling, cross-selling, and deepening existing relationships.
• Prepare and present credit packages for committee approval, ensuring high credit quality.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth processing, closing, and ongoing customer communication.
• Assist with compliance, quality control, reporting, and audit preparation.
• Represent the bank through community engagement and leadership roles in civic organizations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with lending best practices and regulations.
