Position Overview

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll meet homeowners face-to-face, educate them about roofing and storm-damage restoration, and schedule free inspections. You’ll start with paid training and a base pay, then transition to commission with weekly bonuses once you graduate.

Our office handles the entire back end — you focus on selling and earning.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods to promote Aesthetic Roofing services

Schedule inspections and follow up with clients

Track leads using SalesRabbit and JobNimbus

Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and high energy

Attend team meetings and field trainings

Qualifications

Confident communicator with a strong work ethic

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Comfortable working outdoors and talking to new people

Independent, accountable, and eager to learn

Sales or door-to-door experience is a plus but not required
