The Company is seeking a VP People Strategy to join their mission of making work more fulfilling for everyone. They should be adept at leading global teams and building unity across regions, particularly in lean, founder-led environments. Experience in growing a SaaS business and a passion for making work fulfilling for teams, customers, and the wider community are essential. The role requires a leader who is skilled at navigating scaling challenges, is comfortable with a high level of automation, and is committed to maintaining the company's speed and culture.
