Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• years of experience operating high-speed digital and / or wide-format printing equipment
• Familiarity with RIP software, color management, and various print media / substrates
• Proficiency in print-related software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Ability to troubleshoot technical and equipment issues independently
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Physical ability to lift up to pounds and stand for long periods
• Knowledge of print shop safety standards and inventory practices
• Previous experience in a commercial print or graphic production environment preferred.
