What you'll do :

Are you a detail-orientated Accounts Payable professional looking to join a growing company? We are looking for someone experienced in managing invoice processing, vendor payments, and that is eager to streamline and optimize processes to join our team!

• Process, code, and approve invoices, expense reports, and payment transactions in compliance with company policies and guidelines.
• Manage vendor payments, including ACH payments and wire transfers.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts to ensure proper authorization and policy compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
• Develop, document, and maintain accounts payable policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Automate and streamline accounts payable processes to increase efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, GAAP, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in preparing accounts payable reports, metrics, and KPIs.
• Support internal audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, resolving payment issues or discrepancies.
• Perform regular vendor reconciliations and ensure accurate vendor records.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams for accurate period-end and year-end closing.
• Present cash flow requirements related to accounts payable activities.
• Utilize accounts payable software and ERP systems efficiently.
• Maintain advanced proficiency in MS Excel, particularly with formulas.
• Troubleshoot system issues and work with IT for system enhancements.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the accounts payable system.
