Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (required)
Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred
Special Education experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to pass a background check
Willingness to work directly with the Learning Specialist and collaborate with a team of support staff

Support students with individualized learning needs during lessons and activities

Work alongside the Learning Specialist and classroom teachers

Provide one-on-one and small group academic support

Help maintain a positive, safe classroom environment

Assist with behavior support plans and student progress tracking
