Our client is currently seeking an Angular Developer
Location - Southlake, TX (Hybrid - 3 days / week in office)Duration - 12 months
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be the subject matter expert responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex production issues across our front-office investment and operations applications. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and data providers to ensure system stability and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Proactively detect, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across critical applications.
- Own escalated issues end-to-end, coordinating with development and external teams as needed.
- Communicate clearly and promptly with stakeholders during outages or incidents.
- Ensure compliance with Change Implementation Management policies for all production changes.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure new systems meet production readiness standards.
- Maintain and update knowledge repositories for support-related activities.
- Handle data access requests and other production system activities.
- Drive automation and process improvements in Level 1 and Level 2 support functions.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience supporting Equity Front Office applications in a development or support role.Strong incident, problem, and change management skills.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently with minimal supervision.Hands-on experience with :Languages / Scripting : Angular, , Shell, Bash, PythonDebugging / Monitoring Tools : Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyesBatch Scheduling : Control-MVersion Control / CI Tools : Bitbucket, Bamboo, GitHubDatabase : Strong SQL skills for debugging complex queriesPreferred Qualifications
Experience in the Asset Management industry.Public cloud experience or certification (Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS).Familiarity with automation frameworks for alerting and monitoring.
