Executive Assistant - Chief Investment Officer

Overview

The right individual will support the CIO, helping to organize his wide and extensive calendar of responsibilities, projects, activities, and involvements.

Responsibilities

Ownership of schedule and calendar management for the Chief Investment Officer

Frequently taking the lead on company-wide communication on behalf of executives

Travel coordination / scheduling for executives traveling to and from our 17 markets

Accurately summarize meetings and deliver acquisition tour notes as needed

Key partner in administration of Smartsheet (our collaboration software)

Handling expense reporting for 3-5 leaders
