Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • 1-5 years of experience with Infrastructure automation tools (Terraform), focusing on IaC and immutable infrastructure
  • 1-5 years of experience with GCP cloud foundational offerings such as IAM, VPC, Cloud Logging, Security controls, Storage, and Compute
  • Software development experience in one of the OO programming languages : Java, Go, or Python

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • In-depth understanding of Google Cloud's GKE Enterprise, Serverless, BigData, and Data analytics native offerings such as Dataproc, Composer, Dataflow, and BQ
  • Strong background in Container & Orchestration Technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift
  • Experience with Logging and Monitoring tools such as Stackdriver, Prometheus, and OTEL
  • FinOps (cloud) domain knowledge
  • Experience in Traffic Flow Management, including Service Mesh concepts, with Istio preferred

    • Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Act as a consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders to resolve technical deployment obstacles and improve Google Cloud
  • Ensure high availability and security in cloud architecture
  • Support production systems at scale and diagnose customer-reported issues
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and exploit them to their optimal potential
