Seasonal It Support Technician

We are seeking a seasonal IT Support Technician to assist our internal team during our busy season from September to December. This role focuses on providing phone and text-based technical support to employees, primarily for Windows-based systems. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, be responsive and patient, and have experience with Windows environments, NAS storage, and printers.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide real-time technical support to employees via phone, text, and ticketing system.

Troubleshoot issues related to Windows desktops and laptops, including system errors, login problems, and application performance.

Support users with network-attached storage (NAS) access and file sharing issues.

Diagnose and resolve printer issues in Windows environments (connectivity, driver issues, print queue errors).

Assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks such as user account setup and system access.

Document support interactions and recurring issues to help improve support efficiency.
