ABOUT THE ROLE

At Bright Machines, we are transforming the future of manufacturing with intelligent, software-driven automation. Our applications help designers create products that are optimized for automated assembly, making factories more efficient and effective.

As a Platform Engineer you will design, builds and manage scalable and secure infrastructure, CI / CD pipelines and tools to enable fast-paced development of mission-critical & complex industrial automation applications. You will work directlywith multiple Software Engineering and AI / ML teams to build and deploy reliable infrastructure, CI / CD pipelines, and tooling. Your expertise will be pivotal in designing, developing and maintaining our stack, which includes :

• AWS and Azure Cloud
• Kubernetes (managed and on-prem / self-hosted)
• Infrastructure-as-Code
• GitLab CI and GitOps
• GPU-based workloads
• Metrics / logs / trace collection
• Monitoring and alerting
• Hardware-in-the-loop testing

This is an exciting opportunity to work with R&D teams designing & building software-defined automation solutions for modern factories. Our integrated solution consists of both on-prem and cloud infrastructure to operate and monitor the robotic assembly lines.
