Amazon Account Manager - US Remote
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Amazon Account Manager to oversee and optimize our presence on Amazon (including Amazon Fresh). This role is responsible for managing product listings, optimizing sales strategies, handling advertising campaigns, and ensuring compliance with Amazon policies. The ideal candidate must have experience with Amazon Vendor Central, a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage all aspects of Amazon Vendor Central account, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to Amazon policies
- Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and A+ Content) to improve visibility and conversion rates
- Plan and execute Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) to maximize ROI
- Oversee accuracy of forecasted volume and maintain all data entry into internal TPM system
- Execute general account management activities such as customer contract negotiations and agreements, new item entry, promotional programs, and assortment recommendations
- Resolve any account-related issues, such as suspensions, policy violations, or listing errors
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams (operations, marketing, supply chain, finance) and Amazon’s Vendor Manager teams to resolve operational issues and drive process improvements
- Ensure all listings comply with Amazon’s policies and guidelines, mitigating risks of suspensions or penalties
- Generate reports on sales, advertising performance, and profitability to provide actionable insights to leadership
- Leverage your experience and industry knowledge to challenge and improve on existing internal processes
Education :
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related fieldExperience & Key Attributes :
5+ years in ecommerce or retail, with 3+ years focused on Amazon Vendor / Central platformsStrong knowledge and understanding of Amazon Vendor Central and paid advertising experience (pay-per-click)Experience with A+ Content creation and Amazon Store designProficient in Excel, data analysis, and reporting toolsExcellent communication and negotiation skills
