• Past experience of Auto-Finance Title Mgmt process is a must
• Should have knowledge of industry best process for Title Mgmt.
• Past experience of documenting As-Is Business Process, identifying pain points, recommending solutions for them and designing To-Be Business Process.
• Will need to interface with senior leadership. As such leadership, excellent communication skills and presentable personality are necessary.
• Will need to work from office (in Plano) 3 to 5 days a week.
