We are currently seeking a full-time Medical Virtual Assistant who is fluent in Spanish and English. In this role, you will provide administrative support to a medical practice in the US, assisting doctors and patients with their needs.

Position : Medical Virtual Assistant (Spanish Bilingual)

Full Time : 30 to 40 hrs / week

Pay : $7.00 / hour

Willing to work on EST Hours

Responsibilities :

• Answer phones and take detailed messages
• Communicate with patients and doctors
• Schedule and manage appointments
• Translate documents and assist with language interpretation as needed
• Assist with medical billing and insurance verification
• Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
• Provide general administrative support to the medical team
