  • https : / / gridstor.com / careers / Role Summary : GridStor is seeking a Project Controls Analyst.
  • This role will report to the Sr.
  • Project Manager and will support project delivery through cost, schedule, and risk controls while also contributing to contract administration efforts.
  • The Project Controls Analyst will sit at the intersection of technical execution and commercial operations, working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful and efficient project execution.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules from late-stage development through construction and into commissioning
  • Support the development of cost forecasts and track project budgets against performance metrics
  • Implement and refine reporting processes and tools for cost, schedule, and earned value analysis
  • Analyze schedule performance, identify critical path impacts, support scenario planning, and collaborate with Project Managers on recovery plans
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs into project controls systems and workflows.
  • Coordinate with procurement and engineering teams to integrate equipment lead times and construction sequencing into project schedules.
  • Support the preparation of internal and external project reporting materials, combining schedule, budget, and risk updates.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal project controls and contract administration processes
  • Support development of templates and tools to standardize scheduling, budgeting, and contracting approaches across projects
  • Support in project close-out and lessons learned implementation
  • Travel to project sites as needed Qualifications & Competencies Experience : Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 3 years of experience in project controls for energy facility deployment or similar construction projects Highly Skilled in project management software and tools, such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
  • Experience with reporting dashboards such as PowerBi or Tableau a plus.
  • Familiarity with earned value management, (EVM), cost engineering, and scheduling best practices.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Location & Availability :

  • Must live or be willing to relocate to Portland, OR and work a hybrid schedule, reporting to the office 3 days per week.
  • Organizational Skills :

  • Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and seeing delegated projects through to completion.
