Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Business Intelligence Developer to join our onsite team The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering reporting requirements directly from business users designing and developing reports and dashboards using BusinessObjects and ensuring high standards of data accuracy and performance This role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders data architects and analysts to translate business needs into scalable and efficient technical solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with business users to understand and document reporting and dashboard requirements
• Design develop and maintain BusinessObjects reports using tools such as Web Intelligence and Universe Designer
• Ensure data accuracy consistency and optimal performance across all reporting solutions
• Collaborate with data architects and analysts to align reporting solutions with data models and business logic
• Optimize SQL queries and data retrieval processes for performance and scalability
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report generation data inconsistencies and performance bottlenecks
• Provide support and enhancements to existing reports and dashboards based on evolving business needs
