Telecommunications Product Manager

An innovative Global Software / Services company that leverages drone technology to deliver Data / Analytic solutions to the telecommunications industry is seeking a Product Manager.

This position plays a vital role in shaping both short-term and long-term product roadmaps, focusing on enhancing and evolving the company's solutions.

The Product Manager will serve as the key liaison with customers to understand their needs and requirements, ensuring successful integration and adoption within their ecosystems.

Collaborating closely with the R&D team for detailed specifications and supporting the Sales team in their efforts, this individual will be pivotal in driving product success.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in telecom infrastructure and expertise in data / geospatial technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish and nurture relationships with key customers

Conduct regular customer interactions, site visits, workshops, etc.

Develop and maintain customer-centric roadmaps for short and long-term goals

Translate customer requirements and workflows into clear product specifications

Prioritize feature development and initiatives based on customer impact

Evaluate development feasibility, business value, and strategic alignment

Lead product introduction, integration planning, and delivery

Track and report on feature adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall impact

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 3+ years of software development experience

4+ years of product management or technical account experience

Knowledge of telecommunications, drones, Digital Twins, and geospatial software

Demonstrated experience working closely with strategic customers

Experience in introducing / integrating solutions with Telecom / Mobile Network Operators

Ability to translate customer / business needs into technical product requirements

Strong skills in synthesizing qualitative / quantitative feedback into actionable strategies

Background in startups or fast-paced product environments

Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally
