Shift : 3rd Shift, Full-time, 36 hours per week
Pay Range : $37.50 - $56.25

Work in our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, caring for a diverse patient population with a focus on :
Post-operative craniotomies and spine surgeriesPatients with strokes as part of our Comprehensive Stroke ProgramProviding cutting-edge care with the latest neurosurgical techniquesYour Role :
Deliver and coordinate comprehensive, evidence-based patient care using the nursing process.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care.Apply skilled communication and critical thinking to support optimal outcomes.Major Responsibilities :
Assess and implement individualized interventions while evaluating care effectiveness.Recognize significant changes in patients and adjust care plans accordingly.Promote patient safety and implement teaching strategies for patients and families.Coordinate discharge planning and collaborate with the healthcare team for patient-centered care.Qualifications :
Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice and BLS certification.Completion of an accredited nursing program.Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience.Proficient in electronic medical records and excellent communication skills.Physical Requirements :
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and pushing within a hospital setting. Must adhere to safety and health protocols.
