About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join its dynamic and growing organization. The COO will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for driving significant growth, developing staff, and delivering improved outcomes. This role is pivotal in overseeing the day-to-day operations across all club locations, ensuring the effective and safe delivery of programs, managing operational budgets, and supporting partnerships that enhance youth development and organizational growth. The successful candidate will have direct experience in operational leadership, program growth and development, staff management, and community engagement.

Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and a minimum of 5 years experience in operations management, with a strong background in staff supervision and program management, particularly in a nonprofit setting. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in driving growth, budget development, and management, as well as experience in program evaluation and quality improvement. Strong analytical, decision-making, leadership, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is a commitment to the company's mission and values.
