Distribution Center Operations Supervisor

The Distribution Center Operations Supervisor is the front line connection leading approximately 30+ warehouse employees and plays a critical role in engaging and inspiring their team to meet and exceed daily targets.

In this role, you will drive daily work execution and monitors work performance, and will drive an engaged, productive team through strong leadership, demonstrating initiative, and leveraging continuous improvement thinking. The supervisor is responsible for supporting the Operations Manager in the total leadership and operations.

• This is a 1st shift position : Monday-Friday, 3 : 30amPST-12 : 30pmPST, with additional flexibility needed for O / T when needed due to business needs

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role within a distribution center or production environment

Minimum 2 years experience with Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

Union experience

EWS experience

Bilingual

Supervised +30 associates

Lean experience

Ability to work multiple shifts or departments.

Ability to maintain strict level of confidentiality.

Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

Ability to exercise sound judgement and work independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to act quickly and competently in emergencies.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is :

$43,888.00 - $93,574.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
