Senior System Analyst (Indianapolis)

About the Role

The IT Systems Admin will be a key member of the technology team with responsibilities spanning infrastructure, operations, and end-user support. This position is ideal for an up-and-coming IT professional with roughly five years of experience who enjoys wearing multiple hats and taking ownership of a diverse technology environment. this is a 100% onsite role in downtown Indianapolis.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor server and network infrastructure ), ensuring stability and performance
• Manage Active Directory, Entra ID, and related identity / access systems
• Configure and maintain network equipment and oversee backup systems, including regular recovery testing
• Support cloud infrastructure and services (Microsoft 365, Azure, or similar)
• Manage building security, access control, and virtual telephone systems
• Collaborate and coordinate with vendors and service providers
• Provide hands-on technical support and resolve helpdesk requests efficiently
• Conduct routine system maintenance, updates, and IT training sessions for staff
• Assist with IT projects and other technical initiatives as assigned
