Products Liability Litigation Associate

Requirements :

Candidate Must have the following : Minimum 3 years of Products Liability Litigation experience within a large law firm setting (experience will be current or very recent) ; Substantial experience Conducting depositions oral arguments and expert interviews ; Engagement with Multidistrict litigation and / or coordinated state proceedings ; Keen knowledge of Causation and / or failure analysis ; Ability to handle cases from start to finish..

Stellar academic credentials (Law Review and / or Moot Court accolades desired); Strong research verbal & written communication skills and analytic skills required ; California Bar.

Day to Day Responsibilities :

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Representing a diverse clientele including manufacturers distributors and sellers.
• Assisting clients in such areas as automotive pharma / medical devices tech food and consumer goods.
• Drafting briefs correspondence and responding to written discovery.
• Managing document collection review and production.
• Conducting depositions oral arguments and expert interviews.
• Aiding in Multidistrict litigation and / or coordinated state proceedings.
• Representing clients in court hearings mediations and trials.
