As a Controller at RUX, you will be responsible for overseeing the global accounting, tax and treasury functions. You will develop and implement accounting policies and ensure compliance with GAAP. With your extensive experience in the SaaS industry and ability to manage global operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence and scalability.

This role is remote out of the greater St. Petersburg, FL area or greater Minneapolis, MN area. There will be occasional travel a few times per year and some on-site work at our locations.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage the global accounting functions ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
• Develop and implement global accounting policies and procedures in alignment with industry standards and regulations.
• Ensure adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and international accounting standards across all global operations.
• Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and present financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to senior management and stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Coordinate and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate audits, ensure compliance, and address any audit findings.
• Manage and oversee global taxation matters, including tax planning, compliance, and reporting.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to streamline accounting and finance operations, enhance efficiency, and optimize resources.
• Evaluate and implement financial systems and software solutions to support scalability and operational effectiveness.
• Perform M&A related post-acquisition accounting and lead accounting integration efforts.
