In this role youll play a vital part in supporting system enhancements staff training and process optimization for behavioral health billing and ADAMH Board invoicing helping us move forward with purpose and precision. The ideal candidate values continuous learning leads with a welcoming spirit takes ownership of their work and is passionate about supporting people and building stronger communities.

Essential Job Duties :

• Provide training and retraining on behavioral health coding billing and ADAMH invoicing processes.
• Develop a comprehensive SOP and training program for billing and coding practices.
• Conduct a credentialing and provider enrollment review identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership and IT teams on CareLogic rebuild efforts to ensure optimal configuration for billing and reporting. Deliver training for clinical counselors on documentation and coding best practices.
• Train identified staff (including the Grants Coordinator and Billing lead) to assume day-to-day management of revenue cycle operations.
• Create a transition plan for sustainability including checklists tools and staff competency validation.
