Project Manager – Commercial Interiors

Dallas, TX

Compensation & Benefits : $130,000 – $160,000 base salary, plus PTO, healthcare, and 401(k).

We’re working with a respected General Contractor that has built its reputation in Texas on delivering first-class commercial interior projects. They’re looking to bring in a Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to keep a project on track without losing sight of the finer details.

What you’ll be doing :

  • Leading projects from start to finish — budgets, schedules, subs, client updates.
  • Partnering closely with architects, designers, and clients to keep projects moving smoothly.
  • Managing a team that’s as focused on quality as it is on efficiency.
  • Making sure the finish is flawless — interiors are the face of the building, and you’ll take pride in that.

What they’re looking for :

  • A proven background managing commercial interior build-outs (corporate offices, retail, hospitality).
  • Solid contract knowledge and the ability to run budgets and schedules without breaking a sweat.
  • Someone who can hold their own in front of clients and keep subs accountable.
  • 5+ years in a PM role (GC experience preferred).
