Job Title : Machine Operator

Overview : Malone is seeking Machine Operators for 1st, 2nd & 3rd shift in Vista, CA. These temp-to-hire positions offer competitive pay rates :

  • 1st shift : 7 : 00AM-3 : 30PM with overtime on Saturdays, pay rate $16.50
  • 2nd shift : 3 : 30PM-11 : 59PM, pay rate $16.50
  • 3rd shift : 11 : 59PM-7 : 00AM, pay rate $21.50

As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process by loading, unloading, and utilizing various tools to ensure product quality. If you have experience in a manufacturing environment and are ready to contribute your skills to a dynamic team, this opportunity is for you.

Required Skills :

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
  • Proficiency in using pneumatic tools
  • Basic measurement skills
  • Strong attention to detail

    • Nice to Have Skills :

  • Familiarity with t-wrench for quick checks
  • Prior experience with light housekeeping in a work setting

    • Preferred Education and Experience :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in machine operations or similar roles

    • Other Requirements :

  • Ability to work varying shifts, including overtime as needed
  • Standing for the duration of an 8-hour shift
  • Fluency in English is not required
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean workstation
