job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAct as a servant?leader to agile teams, removing impediments and ensuring productivity Lead daily scrum standup meetings and team retrospectives, promoting adherence to scrum principles Track team delivery using burndown charts and visual methods, ensuring commitments are met Collaborate with stakeholders to understand priorities and communicate changes impacting delivery Drive backlog grooming sessions and participate in release planning, ensuring readiness of work items College diploma or university degree in software engineering, computer science, or business administration, or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master with application software 3-5 years of project management experience CSM - Certified Scrum Master required Experience in the logistics industry desired CSP Certified Scrum Professional desired Experience in Supply Chain Management, Freight Forwarding, and / or Contract Logistics preferred Familiarity with EDI communications desired Proven ability to lead project teams and manage vendor relationships Excellent verbal and written communication skills
