Job Summary : We are seeking a highly organized and personable New Patient Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced medical setting.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and Assist New Patients through the registration process in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule Initial consultations for New Patients
- Maintain Patient Data Accuracy
- Handle confidential patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Ensure a professional atmosphere by demonstrating teamwork, effective communication, and mutual respect while collaborating with colleagues and departments to support organizational goals.
