Job Title : Workday Architect

Location : Rialto, CA

Type : Contract

Position Overview :

We are searching for a Workday Architect to oversee the full lifecycle of our Workday platform’s architecture and integration. The right candidate will have in-depth expertise in Workday modules and a proven record of translating business requirements into advanced system solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Architect Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time, Recruiting, and Compensation solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with business strategy.
  • Establish and maintain high-quality configuration standards.
  • Supervise integrations with third-party vendors and internal applications.
  • Create system diagrams, data flow maps, and technical guides.
  • Recommend adoption of new Workday features.
  • Mentor team members in configuration and integration best practices.
  • Handle advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years working with Workday, with 3+ years in an architectural role.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI.
  • Experience in complex, enterprise-level Workday environments.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR and payroll processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
  • Workday certifications strongly preferred.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Deep knowledge of Workday security model.
  • Experience with cloud integration architecture.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks like GDPR and HIPAA.
  • Agile / Scrum or project leadership exposure.
