Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities. Workday certifications strongly preferred. Deep knowledge of Workday security model. Experience with cloud integration architecture. Familiarity with compliance frameworks like GDPR and HIPAA. Agile / Scrum or project leadership exposure.

Position Overview :
We are searching for a Workday Architect to oversee the full lifecycle of our Workday platform’s architecture and integration. The right candidate will have in-depth expertise in Workday modules and a proven record of translating business requirements into advanced system solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time, Recruiting, and Compensation solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with business strategy.
- Establish and maintain high-quality configuration standards.
- Supervise integrations with third-party vendors and internal applications.
- Create system diagrams, data flow maps, and technical guides.
- Recommend adoption of new Workday features.
- Mentor team members in configuration and integration best practices.
- Handle advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
