Job Responsibilities

• Create Customized Therapy Plans : Assess patients' specific needs and devise tailored treatment strategies to help them reach their individual goals
• Implement Therapeutic Activities : Apply evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' physical abilities, cognitive functions, and daily activities
• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide holistic patient care
• Educate Patients and Their Families : Guide patients and their loved ones on therapy techniques to ensure continuing progress beyond the clinical setting
• Evaluate and Document Progress : Regularly monitor clinical outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on track
