RMA Coordinator

Hourly Salary Rate : $25-$29.00

Work Schedule : 6 : 00 AM-2 : 30 PM

Job Description / Responsibilities :

• Responsible for processing all Product Returns and Coordinating with other teams (Program Management Engineering Quality Planning and Purchasing)
• Work with Engineering Team for Rework Instruction Development and Review.
• Work with Quality Engineering Team for Failure Analysis and Corrective Action Reporting.
• Responsible for Inspection and Handling of Returned Products before and after Rework Repair and other related Servicing Activities.
• Maintain RMA Log for completeness and Monthly Reporting of Turn-Around-Time.
• Ensure all RMA Quality Records and Traceability Information are maintained and saved on local server.
• Assist in Inspection when needed in other QA inspection activities.
• Complete Tasks assigned by the Quality Supervisor or Quality Manager.
• Responsible for notifying Quality Supervisor Quality Manager or Quality Engineer of any quality issues arising from the RMA Process.

Required Education :

High School Diploma or of five years experience in the Manufacturing Electronics Industry (PCBA and Electro-Mechanical components).
