THE ROLE :

As a Commercial Roofing Foreman , you will play a key role in leading and managing roofing projects to ensure successful completion. Your responsibilities will include :

• Overseeing and directing crews during the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems .
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with Weather Shield's standards .
• Troubleshooting and resolving roofing issues while effectively communicating with team members and clients.
• Managing materials, equipment, and job site organization to keep projects on track.
• Leading by example with a positive, hardworking attitude while guiding your team to meet project deadlines.
• Enforcing strict adherence to safety protocols and ensuring all team members follow proper procedures.
