Franchise Development Manager

FranDevCo is looking for a Franchise Development Manager to support our Franchise Development team!

    • What You'll Do

  • Qualify franchise candidates and assess their fit for our brand partners.
  • Manage and track all candidate activity in HubSpot CRM.
  • Schedule calls, meetings, and discovery steps.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation.
  • Support development directors to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
  • Communicate promptly and professionally with all prospects.

    • What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or franchise development.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM (or similar).
  • Franchise experience is a plus.
