Warehouse Management System (WMS) Implementation Specialist

We're looking for a Warehouse Management System (WMS) Implementation Specialist with experience integrating ERP and WMS platforms—ideally someone who's worked with Acumatica ERP and Savant WMS, though similar systems would be fine. This person will also be responsible for documenting warehouse procedures and providing ongoing support to our warehouse team after implementation. It’s a big plus if you're familiar with barcode scanners, Zebra printers, and labeling standards like license plate labels and GS1.

About the Role

The WMS Implementation Specialist will lead the implementation and integration of WMS with ERP systems, collaborating with internal teams to define and document warehouse procedures and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and integration of WMS with ERP systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to define and document warehouse procedures and workflows
• Configure and test WMS functionalities to meet operational requirements
• Train warehouse employees on system usage, barcode scanning, and label printing
• Maintain and update system documentation, SOPs, and training materials
• Ensure compliance with barcode and license plate label standards
• Manage and support hardware integration including Zebra printers, barcode scanners, and mobile devices
• Provide post-implementation support to warehouse staff, resolving day-to-day issues
