JOB SUMMARY

This position works under limited supervision to provide patient care, information and problem resolution to complex patient, family and community provider matters regarding disease specific treatment and supportive care resources.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Required

Graduate of an accredited Nursing program, BSN required

3 years of experience as a RN in specialty area.

(BLS) BASIC LIFE SUPPORT Course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) Upon Hire
