General Laborer

We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to work onsite, assisting in the production and deconstruction of railcar bathrooms. As an MEP laborer, you will contribute to building these bathrooms and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of passenger railcars and locomotives. This role is solid for someone with hands on electrical experience and basic construction. The role will pay $20 - $24 an hour and can start up as soon as possible following an interview.

Responsibilities :

• Perform cleaning, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical components.
• Assist with repairs and overhauls of passenger railcars and locomotives.
• Help maintain the work area, including general cleaning and disposal tasks.
• Document and offload components and supplies, tracking inventory.
• Load trucks with outgoing components and parts, and perform recordkeeping.
• Assist other technicians in building bathrooms for railcars.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
