Inventory Associate

Description : Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory and Replenishment Associate to support purchasing, inventory accuracy, and materials flow in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities : Assist with daily purchasing and inventory replenishment Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation Track deliveries, back orders, and material status Communicate with vendors and follow up on POs Enter data and run basic Excel reports Collaborate with Operations, Production, and Receiving teams Participate in physical inventory counts Help identify ways to reduce shortages and waste Qualifications : Associate’s degree required (recent graduates preferred) Strong computer skills; Excel experience Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Comfortable with both office and warehouse tasks Motivated, coachable, and team-oriented Must be able to lift 35–45 lbs regularly Must be local to Suffolk County We are an equal opportunity employer and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws.
