We're seeking a Client Success Manager to join our fast-growing Resale-as-a-Service (RaaS) team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of brand partners and ensuring the ongoing success and growth of their resale programs with ThredUp. From program launch to ongoing execution, you'll serve as the primary point of contact, owning the client relationship and driving results. You will take full ownership of the brand relationship from the moment a deal is closed. Your focus will be on nurturing and growing these partnerships by identifying opportunities to optimize performance, expand program reach, and drive participation. A key success metric for this role is increasing customer engagement and clean-out kit volume, ensuring strong supply flow for each brand's program. Reporting to the Head of Sales & Business Development, this role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and is passionate about helping brands embrace circularity. We're looking for a proactive, creative, and organized team player who is passionate about the resale landscape and can communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

What we're looking for :
At ThredUp, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays between $100,000 and $130,000 and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Many ThredUp employees also have the opportunity to own shares of ThredUp stock. ThredUp employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, as well as a discount when purchasing ThredUp stock if voluntarily participating in ThredUp's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Subject to eligibility requirements, you'll also receive other benefits : Comprehensive medical & dental coverage, vision, 401k, life and disability insurance. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
