Job Summary / Company :

Sparks Group has partnered with an established financial services organization to find a Senior Monitoring Analyst. As the SR. Monitoring Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining analytical models and technical / monitoring solutions as well as drive insights and optimize high-availability financial platforms. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of relative experience in data analysis, technical support and development of distributed financial services transaction processing platforms and skilled in Dynatrace, Splunk, SolarWinds, or SCOM. Responsibilities :

Design and manage data monitoring, dashboards, and reporting to drive key insights.
Lead incident response and troubleshooting for high-availability financial platforms, including Level 3 support and vendor engagement.
Develop and implement data integration and automation solutions to streamline business processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements and automation initiatives.
Support release implementation, infrastructure upgrades, maintenance, and disaster recovery.

Qualifications / Background Profile :

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Technical Degree, or equivalent experience.

5+ years of experience in data analysis, technical support, and development of distributed financial services transaction processing platforms.

Expert skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), Power Platform, and AWS solutions.

Knowledge of BI tools, data extraction and visualization tools (SQL, SAS, Tableau, Power BI).

Experience with monitoring tools such as SCOM, Dynatrace, SPLUNK and SolarWinds.

This job is Hybrid Remote.
