What Youll Be Doing :

Youre not just leading a workoutyoure creating an experience. Our best coaches leave members feeling like superstars long after the sweat session is over. Heres what your day-to-day might look like :

• Lead heart-pumping, science-based group workouts that are pre-designed but brought to life by YOU.
• Motivate and connect with members of all fitness levels.
• Deliver clear form cues and safe modificationswe want progress, not injuries!
• Help members set and smash their S.M.A.R.T. goals.
• Be an expert on heart-rate training and explain the why behind the burn .
• Know the equipment like the back of your handand teach it like a pro.
• Show up with energy, positivity, and a team-first attitude.

What Youll Need :

• Current CPR / AED Certification
• Valid fitness certification (from an Orangetheory-approved provider)
• A passion for movement, community, and being the best part of someones day
