Responsibilities

  • Act as a facilitator to the Senior Leadership Team, understanding priorities in the organization.
  • Maintain heavy,plex and frequently changing calendars.
  • Arrange corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas, booking transportation, and arranging lodging and meeting amodations.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments as directed by the Senior Leadership Team, reserving meeting space, arranging and setting up catering, managing, and preparing the conference room with audio-visual technology as needed.
  • Provide high level administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Schedule all internal and external meetings and coordinates logistics for meetings / lunches.
  • Coordinate all aspects of appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
  • Prepare and review materials and correspondence for meetings.
  • Handle all confidential business matters and works independently on special assignments.
  • Answer and screen iing phone calls and places calls as directed.
  • Handle personal matters as necessary.
  • Participate in regular departmental meetings and training and development sessions as directed.
  • Facilitate all aspects of the meeting prep process, coordinating with all necessary departments to gather andpile appropriate materials that will lead to a successful meeting.
  • Provide a bridge for smooth, accuratemunication between the Senior Leadership Team and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support.
  • Execute occasional marketing campaigns,pany widemunications and updates as directed by Senior Leadership Team in conjunction with Marking Department.
  • Work closely with and provide backup for the Facilities Team who is responsible for managing all aspects of the building, reception, stocking of supplies and overall workspace management.
  • Be onsite in the office Mon Fri for 8 hours between 7a and 5p with schedule adaption to correspond with scheduled meetings.

The base salary range for this position is $62, $95, The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
