• Oversee and manage maintenance, repair, and optimization of sewing equipment and related machinery.
• Troubleshoot machinery issues to ensure minimal downtime and seamless production operations.
• Coordinate and perform repairs, and maintain detailed equipment logs.
• Ensure compliance with workplace and equipment safety standards.
• Liaise with the production team to support productivity and uphold quality standards.
• Manage sewing equipment, tools, and resources effectively.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for equipment maintenance, repairs, and purchases.
• Lead and manage maintenance teams, promoting a culture of safety in the manufacturing environment.
• Support innovative solutions to production challenges through strong understanding of product development.
• Communicate effectively and provide customer service to address machinery concerns.
• Maintain required qualifications, including a high school diploma (technical certifications preferred).
